*All Remote Technical Support services are pre-payed services. Payments must be made before the Virtual Service Call will begin. If the problem cannot be solved remotely and you book an on-site service call, the virtual service call is free. We place no guarantee that your problem will be able to be resolved remotely. In event of such an incident, most problems can be solved with an on-site service call.
