This service covers all types of computers and is to be used in case of emergency. We will make every effort to stop what we are doing and send a technician to your location.
An emergency may include:
- Any kind of hardware or software issue that has resulted in you being unable to run your business or organization.
- You are under attack from a ransomware virus (particularly of the encryption variety).
Please do not abuse this service.
If your problem can wait, please book a normal computer repair appointment and we will be there at your earliest convenience.

All service calls are onsite visits, appointments can be made at a time that is convenient for you.
------------------------------------------------------------------------*All services are billed hourly. There is a 1 hour minimum for all jobs performed, followed by time being billed in 15-minute increments thereafter.
